ClarityOS ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered productivity application that helps you organize, rank, and prioritize your tasks and goals through AI-generated Clarity Reports and routines. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Our AI analysis is intended to support your decision-making. It does not constitute professional, medical, financial, or legal advice, and you remain solely responsible for the actions you take based on it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.
Subscriptions — ClarityOS Pro is offered as a recurring subscription, billed securely through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation — You can cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal or cancellation flow. After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Refunds — Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or features you did not use. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at clarityaiosapp@gmail.com.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClarityOS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service.
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI output will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Maine.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of ClarityOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
